Outside Sales Representative

We are currently looking for an energetic and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to increase new business within a defined segment/focus.

The ideal candidate will introduce and sell The Look Group's products and services to small, medium or large size companies and continually build relationships with the objective of closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve set sales targets by selling direct to end users
• Drive sales through networking, sales campaigns, and marketing programs
• Work with BDR (lead generator) to prospect for new business through outbound sales activities
• Maintain a strong relationship with established clients and build new relationships with prospects across multiple verticals
• Record all accounts, contacts, opportunities and sales activities in CRM

Requirement:

• A strong "hunter" mentality
• Minimum 2 years experience in an outside sales position with a proven history in achieving and surpassing sales targets
• Clear, concise and compelling written and verbal (a strong presenter) communication skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation and telephone skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
• Organization skills that are consistent with experience using a CRM as part of your sales process
